NBA names LeBron James Eastern Conference Player of the Week...again
The NBA announced earlier today that LeBron James had been named the Eastern Conference Player of the Week for the fourth time this season. James led the Heat to a 4-0 record during games played from Monday February 13th to Sunday February 19th. Personally, I think Dwyane Wade deserved to win the award over LeBron, but apparently the NBA doesn't agree.
Looking at James' stats for the week, it's not hard to see why he won. He averaged 27.8 points per game while shooting an impressive 62.3% from the field, 50.0% from 3-point range and 90.5% from the foul line. Scoring wasn't all he did well, contributing 8.3 rebounds, 5.8 assists and 2.0 steals as well.
Feb. 13 vs. Milwaukee: Posted 35 points, eight rebounds and three assists in a 114-96 win over the Bucks.
Feb. 14 vs. Indiana: Tallied 23 points, nine rebounds, seven assists and four steals in a 105-90 win over the Pacers.
Feb. 17 vs. Cleveland: Put up 28 points, five rebounds, five assists, a block and a steal in a 111-87 win over the Cavaliers.
Feb. 19 vs. Orlando: Totaled 25 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists as the Heat upended the Magic 90-78.

LBJ for MVP
I believe the league made the right choice. Wade has been on fire but only in the first half of games
2011 - Big 3
2012 - Big 5
2017 - 5 Big rings

loved him in this last game with the chemistry with D Wade--Wade is going off to start the games (awesome!!!!)
I think Wade is getting ready to blow up in the playoffs and Bron will continue to facilitate and post up and get to the rim. The total defensive effort by Bron against the Magic was awesome to watch—closing out hard on threes, rotating, and even playing DH.
"It seemed that Brandon's financial manager had speculated in some kind of futures and lost everything...Mary could not rid her mind of the word "speculate." It meant to guess, in terms of money to gamble. How could a man gamble a college?"

GET TO THE RIM HEAT (and SKY)! ATTACK THE PAINT!
Bron is definitely looking like the clear-cut *worthy* choice for MVP
I love the follow through he has developed on his free throws. As he continues that and it becomes second nature, there will be little to worry about with him at the stripe in clutch time.
