Whats up Heat fans? I'm a writer/illustrator over at Bright Side of the Sun and I recently finished a project where I did 30 illustrations (1 player from each of the 30 NBA teams) over 30 days. Day 29 featured your own Dwyane Wade (it was a toss-up between him and LBJ and ultimately I made the choice to go with Wade) and I thought I'd share it with you.

That picture is pretty amazing. When checking out other blogs I always wondered where did they get that picture for their star player and wondered why why there wasn’t one for PIM until now. I’m glad you did this.

First, thanks – I’m glad you like it. Yeah, I saved the Heat for second to last because it took that long to decide between LBJ and Wade. Ultimately I went with the lifelong Heat player over the King.
The finished illustration takes anywhere between 2 and 8 hours. This particular one took about 4.
