Should Heat Trade Bosh?

I've been tossing n' turning in my linen sheets all summer here on South Beach....long night after long night debating what the HEAT should do to get over the hump next season. The more I think, the more I realize that trading Chris Bosh is the only way. I haven't seen a lot of stuff recently on this topic, but I did come across one blog online. I'm starting to get convinced....Chris has to go. It's the only way to get a more balanced lineup out there.

It's not a matter if they SHOULD, because they absolutely won't

Honestly if we had to trade one of them, Wade would make the most sense since his value is higher, but I really don’t think we need him, and he and LeBron just aren’t made to coexist. A ball-dominating, slashing guard/forward like LeBron HAS to be paired up with a guy who can catch and shoot 3s. Wade isn’t that great at 3s, and plus he won’t change his game to be a spot-up shooter anyways.

Anyways, nobody in the big 3 will get traded. They planned this whole thing a long time ago, and it’s finally happened. They all left alot of money on the table, and LeBron left is hometown to get here. The only way they break it up is if they fail to win the title 3 staright seasons, so they have 2 more.

Is Royce Da 5'9" actually 5'9"? The world may never know.

Source?

Can’t find anything from the Miami Heat organization on this so I ask again… source?

/double facepalm

Sorry, but the only source is me. Yeah a fan’s opinion. Nobody in the organization said that. It’s just an inference I made, because we all know they won’t break up the Big 3 unless they continually fail, and I think failing to win the title 3 straight seasons is considered failing when you put 3 superstars on one team.

if not next season than probably never...

DWade becomes older and if Lebron not able to reach mental adulthood, they never will succeed.
Either they begin to rolling over everybody OR they will fail against the Knicks. Chauncey is a contested 3P-Killer, Amare is much more physical than Bosh and Melo is just an unreal shooter. So easy it was last season, so tougher it will next season and if Chris Paul joins NY, than good bye Miami. (their big 3 would fit much more than the Heats one)

they never trade him

Bosh is very important for the team. he brings unguardable mid-range shooting with a high success-rate. A no brainer for Lebron and DWade, when they drive the line with to much traffic. In his size and with his long arms you can compare him with K.G.. He isn’t very strong and maybe weaker than K.G. but he is a hard worker who wants to win. I wouldn’t trade him – I would force him to build more weight and surround him with a big present at the post, someone like Eric Dampier. He could get to the role, K.G. has in boston, but I agree with you in the point, that he would be much better elsewhere, but thats not what the heat cares. They want a big man, who can shoot, rebound and defend and except of his post defense- he represent all of it. If he wants to win titles, he is and will be the guy who has to sacrifices the most of the big 3 – that will not change and Bosh knows that for sure.

By the way: the heat don’t loose in the finals because of Chris Bosh – Lebron wasn’t ready for it. He should get all the blame. The hardest finals ever where the 2010 of the Celtics against the Lakers. They fought till they had no gas left – that was really a tough loss and a huge heart breaker for me too but for the heat it was just the mental weakness and passivity of Lebron. Absolutely disgusting if you ask me… Heat would had won that battle easily, if Lebron would had join the effort, his teammates spend.

Sorry ya'll ant trading

Bosh left TONS of money on the table PLUS he gave up being the star of a country to be the third wheel; no way he gets traded. I can see the Heat looking to trade Wade, but they wont. I just hope the Heat pick up Nash. I feel that the Heat play such great Defense, adding Nash will only open up the Lane for Wade, Bron, Bosh, and think about Nash throwing Lobs to Bron and Wade…..PLUS his outside shooting? Come on! If i was the GM I’d go hard for Nash, and try to sign Greg Oden. Eh, if Oden gives you 30 min a night, 60 games a season, that’s ok……
