"WeWantWade.com" launched

The Miami Heat launched WeWantWade.com today -- an all out campaign to convince soon-to-be free agent Dwyane to stay with the team. The site gives fans absurd tips on sucking up to the Heat superstar ("buy him dessert").

Dwyane says, "I love it! Especially as I am dealing with several issues in my life, it's great to know that people care about me."

D-Wade put up a new video

on his facebook page earlier tonight. Definitely check it out…this is a guy who LOVES his fans, and he has more in Miami then anywhere else!

I don’t think there is too much doubt he will be back – doesn’t hurt to show him we care though, even if it is for our own selfish desire to watch him dazzle on-court and hoist the Larry O’Brien Trophy whilst wearing a Heat jersey :)

Just ordered my kit

Not sure I’ll get it because the page wouldn’t allow me to choose Illinois as my state. I’m glad the fanbase could help him while he’s struggling personally.

I think it’s wonderful to have such a site up. Shows Wade how much his fans want him to stay. Too bad I don’t live in Florida, would’ve liked to order a kit.
