GAME NOTES
- Dorell Wright has been suspended 2 games for his DUI arrest. With the way he'd been playing lately, this shouldn't effect the Heat too much other then on the defensive end. I wouldn't be shocked to see Yakhouba Diawara dressed in Wright's place for his defensive game.
- The Bulls will be without starters Derrick Rose and Luol Deng, as well as Joakim Noah. Rose sprained his right wrist in last nights loss in Orlando and Deng has been out with a strained right calf. The Bulls lost by 29 to the Magic.
- This is the third meeting between the two teams this season with each getting a win on their home floor. The final game will be on March 25th in Chicago.
- Miami has committed just 29 turnovers in their last 3 games.
- Dwyane Wade has scored 25 or more points points in 5-straight games, averaging 30.8 points in that span.
- In the last 4 games, Quentin Richardson has hit 18 shots from beyond the arc.
I apologize for the lack of a regular game preview, but the last 6 months have been rough for your friendly neighborhood Heat blogger. Ever since my hospital stay in September it seems my immune system has been the crapper; I've gotten sick more in that time span then maybe the last 3-4 years. Regardless, I thank you all for your patience in my lack of consistency and pledge to post as much as possible as often as possible.

just found out Beasley is out. this could be interesting. SHOULD be an easy win, but Acie Law and James Johnson looked good last night in garbage time. hopefully we can keep our heads and where them down because they’re so shorthanded. wait a minute we’re missing two major rotation guys as well. stay tuned…

so far Joel Anthony has done a very good job in Beasley’s absence. It also helps that the Heat hit five 3-pointers in the 1st quarter and that the Bulls have lost 6 in a row

i just dropped Q in favor of Paul Millsap, but i certainly hope he keeps up the hot shooting! the guys really have to play great defense and make open shots. Wade’s going to have to bring at some point as well. this ragtag bunch of Bulls look like they came to play tonight.

sadly yess
Millsap was available on Waivers and i couldn’t pass him up. Q had cooled off from his back-to-back 20+ pt nights. i’m already in the Playoffs and i’m trying to build a team that can win it. i have good 3s from Mike Miller, Aaron Brooks, Ginobili, Tayshaun Prince, and Bargnani.

well we only play the Bulls 4 times a year, as long as they dont meet in the playoffs. Last time that happened it wasn’t pretty for the Heat.

i lost a lot of respect for him after coming so “alive” in Phoenix. he was the reason i became a Heat fan after the divorce from Kobe, but i didn’t make the next trip to the Desert with him. i realized that he was a little too much of a diva for me.
