Heat re-up with Magloire, happy with center rotation used last year

Now they have their block specialist and their big bruiser to platoon behind Jermaine O'Neal. Oh, and then there is also Mark Blount and his $7.9 million sitting in a nice suit on the end of the bench next to Dorell Wright.

It's nice to see some stability at a time where so much is up in the air. With the possible moves that could be made, you don't know what to expect yet from the Heat....but now we know exactly what they think about the center position.

what is wrights purpose? he has done nothing but take up space and money… i would let him go straight up let him take up space on someone elses bench

Wright was injured all last yr

I want him to start this yr personally. in that horrible 15 win season, he really showed some great improvement. I still have faith in him

Dorell Wright was taken with the 19th pick in 2004

17th pick- Josh Smith
18th pick- J.R. Smith
20th pick- Jameer Nelson

so yeah….talk about a swing and a miss. This year should/will be the last year we waste on him….unless he shows someone why he merited a 19th overall pick. I know he works hard, and injuries happen to everyone, but we need guys who can produce if we are paying them. Thats the bottom line.
