I love what they are doing with Beasley

I am not a Heat fan. I have watched them maybe 10 times this year. But i LOVE what they are doing with Michael Beasley. It is so cool. They have such balls. Its like they are not playing just for the sake of not playing him. He is their 2nd leading scorer, has a high PER, and is obviously insanely talented, but he barely plays.

They are teaching him humility and hard work without comprimising the teams wins now. It is great.

Its nice to have a guy like Udonis Haslem

for Beasley to see how a ‘hard working’ power forward does his thing.

Is alonzo mourning still with the team?

i know he retired, but does he still hang around the team consulting or something? That is definitely a dude that B-Easy can learn a lot from, not just ability and skill wise, but to teach him about work ethic, intensity, and just giving it your absolute all just like Zo did every single game he played in the NBA
