Why Arroyo and chalmers play so much

They both suck and Chalmers is the worst starting pg in the league, and Arroyo just sucks.

Dwayne needs scoring help so why not have this starting lineup

DWade

Daquen Cook

Richardson the worst starter in the NBA, god he cannot do anything

Beasely

Jermaine O'neal

They would be a lot better on both ends. Dwayne is a good passer and can get 7-8 assists and Cook is a great shooter and can score

I really don't know why Heat start Q, he scores 9 pts per 36. All he can do is rebound

Heat should trade Q, chris quinn, and Dorrel wright for Bobby simmons at least he can play ball.

simmons can score, rebound, defend he can actually produce well if given minutes

Chalmers sucks...?

Chalmers is a solid 2nd year PG. He still has to get better defensively but overall, most teams would love to have a guy who is this good in only his 2nd year. I dont know what you have against Arroyo but he is the best backup PG we’ve had since Gary Payton. Great passer, good defender and one of the better shots off the dribble I’ve seen. Not to mention he is shooting 50% from the field so far this season.
They don’t like Wade playing the point b/c he is much easier to double team when bringing the ball up the floor, and Cook is isnt a good enough ball handler to play PG, not to mention his defensive footwork isnt quick enough to keep up with most of the PG’s in the league.
Quentin Richardson is an amazing defender for the Heat, and I’m sure his 9 points per 36 minutes is more then enough for the Heat coaching staff considering his rebounding and defense. This is a team that stresses D, and that is apparent by their stats. They are one of the best teams in the league in points against, FG% against and 3-point% against.

exactly

and look at our record. why fix something that ain’t broke?
with the roster that we have, i think our lineup and rotation is perfect. if we add somebody then there might be a need to move some ppl around. but right now, i have no problem with the starting and 2nd team rotations.

Right!

they play so much because they are all we have! Chalmers is solid, but i wouldn’t mind an uprade so that he could lead the 2nd unit. i thought Riles would sign either Tinsley or Iverson, but i can see why he wouldn’t want either to come in and poison his young team. there are a lot of expiring contracts on this team and the biggest free agent class ever is about to come out, so none of these guys—except Wade (because he can go wherever he wants within reason) know where they’ll be playing next season. That said, unless Riles is about to pull the trigger on a trade for some big time help, our roster is set, so we “might as well love who we’ve got until we can get who we love.”

p.s.—Daequan Cook hasn’t been able to get it going this season—even with open looks. James Jones and Q-Rich have been far more effective shooting the ball.

Thanks

I adapted the phrase from the song, “Love the One You’re With.” I’ve had to sing this song to myself a lot due to our roster over the last few years. Our complimentary players work hard, but they’re just not very good offensively.
