[T]he [Raptors'] interest in Marion is there but I’m not sure how far those talks have gone – but it’s really time for action.

I haven't loooked at the salaries, but Kapono/Bargnani for Marion might make sense

The Heat FINALLY get a three-point shooter, as well as a big man. I know Bargs isn’t the strongest of players, and doesn’t have many big-man skills… but he is still tall. And that, to me, makes him qualified to play more minutes than, say, Jamaal Magloire.

Maglore has been a bust

And it would be nice to get the outside shooting in Kapono, but keep in mind that James Jones should be back in the next month, so trading for an additional shooter may not be the way to go. I expect Marion, if he gets traded, to go for another big guy, most likely a defensive stud, but more then just a nice bench player.

South Florida sports are my life.
