I seem to remember Kemp getting the same advice. He was never the same after that.
The only reason Haslem has an NBA career is because he harnessed his persistent weight problems. It’s a little irresponsible to approach a guy like that and ask him to bulk up again. And yeah, Kemp is a good example of the trade-off for those 5 (or 50) pounds.
