[Erik] Spoelstra said he was "not ready to divulge yet" his starting lineup for Wednesday's season opener at Madison Square Garden against the Knicks, but Mario Chalmers came off the practice court confirming he had worked with the first team, while Chris Quinn said he practiced with the reserves.
